Lena Weisbek is an award winning photographer from Munich in Germany. She studied art and communication design and worked as an art director before deciding to follow her passion, photographic art. The focus of her work is on atmospheric landscapes and nature motifs in the tradition of ZEN. Characteristic are her abstract conception of images and minimalist way of working. Lena Weisbek's lonely seascapes and rural landscapes are carried by pronounced silence and melancholy. They open up the fewer a lot of room for contemplation, beyond the fast-paced, hectic world.
