Skye Silver - Limited Edition of 10 Print

Skye Silver Silver has so many tones, here off the coast of Skye we have a view of the clouds and sky reflecting in windswept sea. Sometimes totally devoid of colour and sometimes the mineral blues of the water seem to tint the whole vista a beautiful shade of blue. The tiny islands of Raasay and Rona sit peacefully on the horizon with huge clouds floating above like great sailing ships gliding across the sky. For me, the key attraction is the pool of glistening water that shimmers in the sunshine like a pool of silvery fish. I feel the depths of this work will look fabulous in a very large size so I am presenting it here at 64 x 44 inches. The outer 2 inch border is white to allow stretching on a frame so final size of the hung image is 60 x 40 inches.
