Sukraat's journey in art has been nothing short of magical, starting right from his humble abode . From being surrounded by creative individuals to being one of them. He is a true eclectic soul, with an insatiable passion for music, art, and photography. His wandering soul takes him on journeys of the mind and heart, and dreams are his constant muse. He began his artistic journey with a formal education in painting (BFA). But as he continued to explore various mediums and techniques, printmaking captured his heart and imagination like nothing else. He has spent a decade carving his way through the world of art and has channeled his experiences into developing various printmaking techniques. These techniques enable him to express his deepest thoughts, feelings, and emotions through layers upon layers of colors and textures. His work is a visual representation of his dreams. Every stroke of his brush or every mark of his printmaking tools tells a poetic story. The titles of his artworks are just as inspiring and personal as his viewers are drawn into his world and resonate with his vision. Although his studio is based in Mumbai, he is a wanderer at heart. He packs up his art supplies and sets off to different parts of India, immersing himself in the local culture and gaining fresh perspectives that fuel his craft.
