I am a freelance illustrator and painter. When I was a child, I copied the paintings my parents had in their house and I sold them to my grandfather. I saw a big business there so I decided that as a job I would draw. I draw women. Women-child, silent, thoughtful, melancholy, immobile, suspended women. Women-animal. I paint myself, my travels and the emotions I experience. Great classics, mythology and fairy tales from all over the world are my inspiration. I set my canvases in pleasant, ancestral, distant places. Maybe imaginary places. Oils are my best travel companions, but I love mixing kind of colors and techniques. I often work digitally too because running light makes you free and fast.
