Born 1959, teacher (mathematics, web design) until 2021, lecturer at the University of the Arts (real-time processing until 2015), freelancer (web design) and artist (media art). Since my studies in media composition, "media composition as model building" has been the central focus of my artistic practice. In response to the highly ephemeral nature of digital art installations, I began taking art courses. Meanwhile my personal style has developed through the increasingly strong interweaving of "analog" and "digital" techniques. This connection is most evident in my current works, "Graphic Generator and Printmaking". The series of vertical landscapes is one result of this work.
