With a penchant for old craft and the combination with new techniques Olivier van Wijk provides a growing collection. His work has a sleek design language with a nod to the manual details. The work takes to the flora and fauna , the fantasy world and man as inspiration. His artwork tells us of transience and eternity . Contemporary superlatives dating back to long before our era. My father Dick van Wijk graduated at the art academy in 1971. I'm the second generation with the fortunate position to have access to a high end clientele, build by my mother and art gallery owner Mariska Dirkx.
