Grotesque masks of shame, perfectly reflect the culture and fashion in the art of the 16th century. The fashion for the grotesque came to Europe in the middle of the 16th century and manifested itself in all areas of the fine arts. My masks are a modern take on an early stage of the genre. It will be a wonderful decoration for a private collection or a museum exhibition.
