"My work explores the power of intuition and emotion, inspired by music, my experiences, memories, and emotions. I work primarily in acrylics with mixed media and have recently been exploring geometric abstraction, experimenting with different shapes, lines, and colors. I enjoy the intensity and freedom I experience while painting as a response to each brushstroke or mark as I paint. I start with a random mark and continue to veil and unveil by sanding, scraping, or adding thick layers of paint until I find what speaks to me. My abstract works are a reflection of my personal experiences and emotions, and my aim is to create a deep connection with my audience and evoke a visceral response to my work."

I am mostly self-taught, and I have taken various online courses to develop my artistic skills, including Nancy Hillis’s The Artist Journey in 2019, Nicholas Wilton’s Creative Visionary Programs in 2020 and 2022. These courses have helped me refine my techniques and develop my personal style.
