Art Statement.
We are part of the universe, and the universe lives within us.
We are the universe conscious of itself.
Through art, we are an exploration of humanity’s conscious evolution and our path toward sustainable harmony.
My work is deeply rooted in the Mayan worldview and the philosophies of the indigenous peoples of the Americas, whose worldviews emphasize our interconnectedness with the universe and the interdependence of all life. These teachings shape my understanding of community and collective responsibility as essential elements for our survival and transformation.
In my practice, I combine wood—a living material that connects us to nature—with digital and AI-generated elements. I consider AI an extension of my thinking, capable of revealing perspectives and possibilities inaccessible by other means. This convergence between the organic and the technological expresses my conviction that we must harmonize our biological origins with our technological future.
Through this work, I seek to create spaces where viewers can experience this interconnection, not as an abstract idea, but as a tangible and lived reality.
