EDUCATION
Randy is a Central Texas painter and colorist whose life and travels have provided a wealth of inspiration for his expressionist work. Musical themes dominate his paintings, but occasionally, he selects ideas that are more conceptual, like the emotional aspects of life in a changing world.
Most recently, he was selected as one of 35 Texas artists to participate in the Austin Guitartown Project which was sponsored by Gibson Guitars. His finished piece "Sixth String" is on permanent display at the corner of 6th and Congress in downtown Austin.
His work adorns public and private collections from coast to coast.
