Rebecca Scott

I work from the photograph, taking my images from sources such as calendars, catalogues and magazines. I am drawn to aspects of private manifestations and public representations of female desire. The work is representational and my artistic roots come from Andy Warhol, Malcolm Morley, Gerhard Richter, Sigmar Polke,  Winifred Nicholson and Georgia O’Keefe.
