Ironically, I used to hide when my father wanted to take photos of me. Though I resisted photos, the power of pictures became clear in my thirties. Photos became my way to observe and connect with different and unknown worlds. Photography was once a hobby and is now my sole working tool, shaping my life.
I transitioned from a decade in graphic design to refining my skills at the International Center of Photography in NYC. I've had the privilege to work with talented and internationally recognised photographers. I created portraits and still-lifes for various national and international publications, including Vogue (BR), Harper's Bazaar (BR), Elle Decoration (FR), Residence (NL), and Runners World (BR).
From Sao Paulo, I relocated to Amsterdam in 2016, where I'm now based. I collaborated with photographs for the Municipality of Amsterdam for three years. Later, I collaborated with TEDx Amsterdam, Airbnb, NRC, Open Embassy, Miro and Urban Resort, among other brands and artists.
My time also goes to my daughter, personal projects, learning about edible plants and colour grading - my new passion.
