Rory Scott

Rory Scott is an artist, animator & designer based in Chicago. Her acute awareness of time, memories, space and the Universe are at the core of her work. Examining the past and coming to terms with impermanence and letting go.

Visually inspired by the Universe, retro sci-fi films, and an enduring love of glitter, Ms. Scott creates art that combines computer graphics with a hint of handmade production.

Her current body of work, is a fraction of an ongoing 6 year project and represents one step along the way, in the completion of 60 short animated films, based on personal diary entries.
