Robin Austen

Robin is a photographer and photographic artist, living and working from his home town of Torquay, Devon.

Since having picked up a camera at the age of 16, Robin has gone on to graduate from Plymouth College of Art, England, in 2014, where he studied a degree in commercial photography, specialising in creative portraiture, fashion and beauty photography.

In the short time since completing his degree, he has gone on to be published by both Lensculture and Photographers Forum Magazine, has been exhibited widely across the UK with the Royal Photographic Society, exhibited at London's Photoblock festival as part of 125LIVE at the Old Truman Brewery, won 1st place gold award in the portraiture category at the International Photography Awards 2015, and is published in both 125 and the International Photography Awards annuals .

Robin concentrates on creative contemporary photography, exploring ideas of identity and self-representation, youth and age, existence and the individual, through both commercial and private commissions, as well as personal projects and collaborations.
