EXHIBITIONS

Rosie Newman is an accomplished multidisciplinary artist with an extensive and varied background in creative practice. Based in the Highlands of Scotland, her artistic exploration revolves around the interconnectedness between land, sea and people. She uses rich pigments and designs drawing on her love ancient symbols in art and nature with an aim to evoke intrigue and a sense of sacredness for the
natural environment.

Education
BA Hons Degree in Fine Art (Painting & Sculpture) Camberwell School of Art in London (1993)
Masters in Art degree with Distinction from the Centre of Island Creativity UHI Shetland (2020).
