Ros Koch

I am a British-born artist, living in South Africa from 1998.

I live in Stellenbosch with my husband, three children, and other animals.

I work in my home-based studio which affords me the opportunity of being available to my family whilst at the same time just a stone’s throw from my work and inspiration.

I studied law at Oxford University and the University of Cape Town, developing my artistic career in parallel. This included experience at the Florence Academy of Fine Arts, Italy; the Chelsea College of Art and Design, London; and the Stables Art Studio, South Africa. My work now hangs in both corporate and private collections, in South Africa, Europe, the UK, and the USA.
