I'm a sound engineer from London. My travels often take me to post-industrial Soviet hinterlands where I go exploring, seeking out remnants of the mighty USSR in industrial cities and mining regions. I like to capture the Soviet aesthetic, obscure man-made and man-destroyed landscapes, regular life which often seems to continue as if nothing has ever changed.


All photographs are shot on high quality 35mm film. Prints will be taken directly from the negative by an excellent London studio - i.e. they're not digital prints, although this can be done. I've had many large format photographs printed by them and they've produced consistently great results. The image size listed is a pretty accurate guide but may vary slightly.
