Richard Snowden

Born 1950 between Leeds and Harrogate. First sell-out exhibition at 18 years old. Exhibited at various locations around the world before settling back in North Yorkshire. I am compelled to paint figuratively and am very colourblind. I love the light, how it falls and plays with the subject. There you have it...light paint canvas....Go!

'Discovered' by girlfriend who induced fresh confidence and was shocked to find attics full of thousands of pictures from painting daily for years.
