Ruth Edward Anderson

I'm basically a self-taught artist who is always trying out new things. I love experimenting in all different mediums. I paint in oil, acrylic, papers and recycled/found materials. I really enjoy making 2D art on canvas utilizing skulls, bones, wire, etc. The same thing when I sculpt I'll use everything and anything. I was a partner in Esbin-Anderson Photography in NYC and still have fun taking beautiful images. I also enjoy taking my photos and digitally changing them into strange art.

I have taken some College courses at Columbia University, NYC, but I didn't get a degree. I went specifically to study writing and poetry.

I attended some courses at Penna. Fine Art School and the Penna. Museum School of Art. But, I did not get a degree from either school.
