Ruthia Pak Regis

Ruthia paints abstracted landscapes. In landscapes she identifies visible rhythms and relationships that call her to pause and contemplate the emotions they invoke. She has studied fine art and theology, both which contribute to her process of painting. Her practice is a means to understand herself and her surroundings through the recognition of patterns in light, shadow and colour in the natural world.
