Salvador Ars (Guadalajara, Mexico, 1998) is a visual artist whose practice moves between figurative painting, abstraction, and social commentary. His work questions the narratives that shape identity and collective memory, ranging from the reinterpretation of religious iconography to a critique of consumerism and contemporary visual culture. With a strong command of technique—shifting between detailed realism, gestural expressionism, and abstraction—Ars weaves a dialogue between the intimate and the collective, the historical and the pop. His paintings expose the tensions between the sacred and the mundane, between tradition and a technology-driven present.
