Oksana Yadchuk-Machynska

I'm an artist from Ukraine.

For me, Art is as necessary as a fresh air.
It is an indispensable core of my existence. Impressions, images, symbols, miphological plots, an expression of inner worldview, combination of real and unreal worlds are my "language" in art. I see art as a big mystery and creation, as an intimate process. I'm looking for inspiration in nature, traveling, music, poetry, family, communication. I interpret the World through a prism of my own vision. I cognize myself through an art, searching the harmony of being.

I work in the realm of easel painting in such techniques as: oil on canvas, tempera, acrylic, cardboard.

I began my creative path as a child in art school,1977-1980.

Studied at the Kyiv State Academy of Decorative Art and Design named after M.Boychuk,1980-1984.

Worked as an artist in Art and Design factory, Lutsk,1984-1992

Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1992. I've chosen the path of a free artist.

Lived and worked creatively in Finland, Kaarina/Turku in 1998.
