I love to create art and I have also written many fantasy books, but I am an unknown vegabond when it comes to my creativity and I've allowed my work to go unseen for the most part. I am self-taught and I don't care about art rules or art schools because I believe art is supposed to be unique and personal and that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I see the most beauty in nature and when I am out on the ocean.
I could paint extremely realistic scenes if I wanted to, but I find enjoyment in adding flaws and making them mine.
I prefer painting with acrylics. I also enjoy teaching myself digital art. I make music and write poetry as well. I balance out my creative side by playing lots of sports, working out a lot and exploring the outdoors.
Art and writing keeps me sane and I'll be celebrating 5 years of sobriety from alchoholism and addictions and recovery from mental illnesses, and 3 years recovery from Anorexia Nervosa.
