J Shiloh Gastello

"I am a fine art studio artist who works primarily with clay, but incorporates all media. I enjoy exploring the functional relationships between utilitarian wares installed in non-conventional manners."

Shiloh Gastello is a member of the Stockton Art League, the San Joaquin Potters Guild, and was the vice president of Studio 1091, the 3D Studio Art Club, University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA, from Fall 2010 through Fall 2011. Shiloh Gastello participated in the 2011 National Visions in Clay Juried Exhibition at the L. H. Horton Jr. Gallery, San Joaquin Delta College, Stockton, CA. Shiloh Gastello's ceramic work was published in the 2012 Art Buzz Worldwide Juried Fine Art Collector's Book where it received honorable mention. Shiloh Gastello has participated in small, one-day group shows, served as the director for one of these shows, and served as assistant director of the 2011 Senior Exhibition at the Reynolds Gallery, University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA.
