Hello! My name is Maria Barkovskaya i am a professional artist and architect.

I have two main directions in my work:

Paintings in the Russian style about rituals, dresses, primordial traditions. Almost every year with my illustrations, the Slavic calendar is published.

The paintings reflecting the diversity of our beautiful world are landscapes.
It turned out that many people are interested in this topic, but do not know where to start. So I started organizing art trips, gathering like-minded people for joint trips to the open air.
One of the greatest pleasures of writing outdoors in a creative company. Already there were trips to India, Crimea, Sochi, the city of the Golden Ring

Painting for me is an endless experiment with materials: texture paste, various primers, glowing paints, gold potal, natural wood. Search for interesting plots and color schemes.
Now I regularly participate in exhibitions. The paintings are in private collections around the world, several in museum collections.
