Soltan Soltanli

Soltan Galib oglu Soltanli was born in 1976 in the family of teacher in Kalva village of Agsu region of Azerbaijan Republic.

1993-1997. Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University – bachelor degree.
1997-2000. Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University – magister degree.
2006. Member of Azerbaijan Painters’ Union.
He is a painter, graphic and caricaturist.
