Sonja HržIna Majstorović

SONJA HRŽINA MAJSTOROVIĆ, academic painter, (Požega(Croatia), August 25, 1963). Daughter of Vojko and Judith b. Deutsch, sister of Kamilo.From early childhood lives in Zagreb.With family consisting of husband Marko, son Ernest, daughter Rebecca dog Apache and cat Ginger lives between Zagreb- Split and Živogošće (Mala Duba)

.She graduated in 1982 at the School of Applied Arts in Zagreb in the department of ceramics, and in 1988 graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in the class of Vasilije Jordan. She worked in a factory "Inker" ("Jugokeramika") as designer of porcelain tableware. On 1993 with her husband, the painter Marko Majstorović, went on a study training in Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris(France). After returning achieved the status of an independent artist of the Croatian community of independent artists (HZSU).
