Sophie Reitermann

Sophie Reitermann is 28 years old, graduated in Civil Engineering, however, art has always been present in her life. She is a self-taught artist and today she pursues her dream of being a full-time artist.

She started selling her artworks 7 years ago. Her works portray her love for nature and its diverse fauna. With influences from Realist Art, Sophie creates works in different techniques, such as graphite pencils, colored pencils, acrylic and watercolor paints.

Since she was little, Sophie has always had a huge admiration for nature and its animals. Today, animals are her main theme and source of inspiration. Sophie has artworks in private collections in countries such as Brazil, the United States, England, France, Germany, Portugal, Japan and Hong Kong.

With her work, she seeks to raise awareness about the conservation of species and whenever she can, she helps through the sale of her work, donating to wildlife institutions.
