Soyee Lau

Soyee Lau was born in Hong Kong and received education here. She got her Bachelor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and then a Master Degree in Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong. She worked for the Hong Kong Government and public bodies as an administrator. From 2003 onwards, she has been under the tutorship of a famous local artist N C Au Yeung in watercolour painting. Soyee is now the Secretary to the Shine Art Association and a Member of the Art Sense Club. She took part in the many exhibitions staged by the Art Sense Club. She also participated in the Multi-media Exhibition of the Shine Art Association held in May 2011 and her watercolour work on the landscape of England won warm applause. In August 2012, she will exhibit her watercolour on still life as well those on the landscape of Hong Kong and elsewhere too.
