Lola Stanton

Originally from Nicaragua, I came to the USA to attend college.

I paint portraits mostly, either flowers or people. Not until I was 50 I realized how much I loved to paint. I started on my own but also took classes at the Art Students League of NY. I have been painting for over 20 years now!
I had my first solo show in 2017 and I am preparing for a second one with a series of portraits of members of the LGBTQ community.
