Stephane Dethy

I live and work in Brussels. My art education has started early with the artist's contact in my childhood. I like drawing with my sketchbook .Meanwhile I studied Visual Art, I followed courses in drawing art at the Etterbeek Academy of Arts. I have already exhibited paintings and drawings at toastgallery and Derapages gallery in Brussels. I worked as an illustrator for a creative agency Synergy Art in London.Then I immersed myself in painting from my illustrations on colored atmospheres. The universe of the city is my main source of inspiration. I like working within the context of urban. Since 2012, I have been working on screen print artworks. My screenprint is between painting and art poster. My favourite painters are Hopper, Matisse, Hockney and the german painting
