International award-winning artist Stephanïe Vandëm works out of her studio between the mountains and the sea in the idyllic Scottish countryside. Drawing from the rich traditions of Renaissance and Latin American art to create majestic figurative pieces for private homes and public spaces.

The artist says: “Rooted firmly in classical principles, my art merges time-tested oil painting techniques and semi-abstraction to pressing contemporary themes and universal human struggles, resulting in monumental semi-sculptural paintings.”

Exquisite quality is further assured by the use of pure oil paints made by traditional methods by master paint makers guaranteeing color vibrancy and longevity.

In her work, the more traditional aspects of oil painting are combined with videography, soundscapes, installations, social media participation and mixed-mediums to create engaging and powerful contemporary pieces.
