Stephen Jensen

Stephen Jensen is a visual artist residing in Chicago, IL. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Photography from Columbia College Chicago and Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Arizona. Stephen has been recognized both nationally and regionally for his work; earning awards from the Society for Photographic Education (SPE) to attend their respective conferences in San Francisco and Santa Fe, and also received a first place purchase award in the photography category at Columbia College Chicago’s Honors Exhibit.
Professionally, he has taught digital photography at the University of Arizona, held multiple positions at the Center for Creative Photography, reviewed portfolios at a regional SPE conference in Tucson, AZ and curated a multi-disciplinary gallery exhibit. Stephen has been an assistant to artist Frank Gohlke and artist Barbara Kasten; and is currently a photographer for the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office in Chicago, IL.
