As a child, I watched in fascination the animals, insects and birds around me. I adored wildlife and also thoroughly enjoyed drawing. During my teens I became a keen conservationist and throughout the following years, my love of art and concern for our fellow creatures has been unceasing.

My love of nature is reflected in my artwork and my original paintings, prints and cards are available from my Larmer Tree Studio, Tollard Royal, Salisbury, Wiltshire, U.K. My artwork is also available from my website: Self taught and working from home I became a full time Wildlife and Pet Portrait Artist in 1989. A lover of wildlife since childhood and a keen conservationist for the past 40 years, I feel fortunate to have realised a lifelong ambition; whilst combining my love of 'Wildlife and Art', I also supports Wildlife Conservation Societies through the sale of my artwork.

In 1996 I became a member of the Dorset Bat Group. I have since participated in bat surveys and counts for the Bat Conservation Trust, Dorset Wildlife Trust and the Vincent Wildlife Trust.
