Svitlana Tamozhska

I am Svitlana Tamozhska, an artist from Ukraine, currently living in Ivano-Frankivsk. I was born in 1963 and began painting in 2010, when my first artwork was created and immediately sold. Since then, art has become my path.

I mainly work with oil, acrylic, and texture pastes, enjoying experimenting with techniques. My art was born as an inner need for beauty and later became a way to find balance and harmony in difficult times. During the war, painting became a source of peace and strength for me.

My works have been purchased both as interior decoration and as gifts for special occasions. Through my paintings, I seek to express light, beauty, and the affirmation that “Life goes on, and it is beautiful.”

I draw inspiration from life itself and from great masters of painting, believing that art can make the world brighter.
