Tazran Tanmizi

Born in Indonesia 18 June 1958He started painting since 10 years old with poster color for school exhibition. Discovered by Italian pastor 1970, the church continues to supply him with materials and books of old masters' work from Italy and that became his inspiration to move forward in art. He stated painting in acrylic 1973 and oil 1977. 1978 he went to Pasadena Art Center College of Design in California, USA. 1983 established an industrial design company in Singapore. In 2002 Morgan Stanley presented his solo exhibition with 50 art works in Jakarta Indonesia, all proceed from the sales was donated to Charities. Today he is an industrialist, controlling few manufacturing firm, but he keep his studio busy and continue contributing his works for charity. He has studio in Singapore & Jakarta, Indonesia.I believe art and music are not only base on creativity and technical approach, but it has to be presentable in term of beauty and able to communicate. My art work are taken from creativity & beauty approach.
