Tehreem Khalid

I am Tehreem, a Lahore-based emerging artist, architect-in-training, and storyteller of silent strength. My art speaks in the language of heritage, emotion, and symbolism—each brushstroke echoing ancestral stories and inner journeys. Raised in a middle-class home filled with dreams, I discovered early on that creativity is both a refuge and a revolution.
My work blends contemporary realism with traditional Eastern motifs, often inspired by Persian carpets, Sufi mysticism, and cultural memory. I use canvas as a diary, layering textures, symbols, and spiritual metaphors that invite viewers to feel rather than just see.
Every piece I create is a quiet rebellion—a reminder that softness is strength, and heritage is not a limitation, but a crown.
Through my art, I hope to preserve culture, provoke thought, and offer healing in a world that moves too fast to listen.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputed university in Lahore, Pakistan. My academic background deeply influences my artistic work, blending spatial awareness, cultural context, and visual storytelling. Through architecture, I have developed a strong foundation in design principles, composition, and material exploration, which I translate into my canvas work with symbolic depth and structural elegance.
