Bernard Teiling

For many years, I kept painting as a hobby, with a small yearly production through which one can see different periods: landscapes, nudes, collages, abstracts, and more recently, a form of expressionism.
Whilst working on many different projects, in the framework of multinational companies, I also managed a parallel track through which I produced graphics (slides) to communicate key corporate's concepts, such as business processes, economic issues, people relationships, organizational schemes, etc.
Pressed by my long-time friend Spiridon, I was invited to participate in his Auvers-sur-Oise exhibition, the town of Van Gogh, in June 2010. It was the trigger to open up and share my artistic life with others.
Currently, as a full time artist, my activity is divided between NewYork and Vevey Switzerland.

Graduated in 1966 from “Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures” in Paris, France, where Bernard Teiling also won an inter-university competition for his oil paintings.

After three years in a science research center near Paris, Bernard moved to Canada where he taught Computer Science while following evening classes in the Fine Art Department at the University of Windsor.
A Ford-sponsored exhibition in Windsor Ontario in 1972 was the occasion to show his evolved artwork, for the first time to public.
