Baran’s art confronts the impermanence of life—its fleeting moments, psychological states, and emotional landscapes.

Through video, painting, journal entries, and immersive environments, Baran creates pieces that reflect the tension between permanence and decay. The works invite viewers to engage with their own relationship to time, loss, and growth, offering no clear answers but instead creating spaces to contemplate the unspoken and the unseen.

At the heart of Baran's work is an exploration of human existence as a dynamic interplay of contradiction and transformation. His sculptures, often made of materials that change or deteriorate over time, reflect the psychological state of changeability, while his videos challenge our understanding of what is real and what is imagined.

Returning after a period of reflection, Baran’s recent work is infused with a new depth of introspection. His art is not only a personal journey through time but also an open invitation to explore how we each experience transformation—through memory, identity, and the narratives we craft.
