Katerina Rousaki

I am an art student and I show in this website my latest achievements:-) I started studying art in December 2021. Before that I tried by myself to learn some techniques and to paint some canvases and I did learned a lot but going to art school is way more productive that self teaching.

I am originally a scientist Dr.KAT because I have a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of Michigan which sounds difficult but it is not. I carry in me though the souls of many artists among which El Greco is included and I was told that sooner or later I would end up painting and drawing which is what happened. I gave up science and I ended up spending 5 hours sitting on a chair painting without realizing that I am sitting on the same chair the past 5 hours because I was so focused on what I was doing.
