I'm an experimental photographer and filmmaker based in Vancouver, BC and Seattle. Writing, directing, cinematography, editing, and strange photographs in strange light.

I'm in love with the weird light: Reflections and refractions and castings that give you the feeling you've peeked behind the "big curtain" for just a second.

In my photography I experiment much with multiple exposures, camera movement during long exposures, and focus. I notice very strongly how different the world is when I take my glasses off - It's not "blurry" - it's an utterly different place made of different lights and shapes, with an altered feeling. I'm always seeking to plunge the image into the aquarium, to soften the jagged boundaries. Grunge it up so it better matches the input from my own ragged eyeballs.
