Tigranuhi Martirosyan

I'm Tigranuhi Martirosyan, born in the family of an artist Aris Martirosyan and doctor Anna Khachatryan, Yerevan. My first teacher surely was my father. Surrounded with paints and canvases, I knew I'll be an artist. I graduated from Academy of Fine Arts, then joined the Artists Union of Armenia. I had many exhibitions in Yerevan and worldwide. I see all the beauty of my surroundings, the perfection of nature, which inspires me and it hurts me to see how we don't appreciate and take care of nature. Most of my paintings were created in different moods: sad, happy, frustrated, in love etc. Drawing is like oxygen to me and without it my life doesn't exist. Except drawing, I have another big love towards animals, specially dogs. I have 2 adopted dogs, that I rescued from the streets. They both were hit by a car. I was a volunteer in Dingo rescue team for many years, trying to take care of stray animals, feeding them, treating them, taking to the vets, fostering etc. If you don't take care of helpless, then what's the point of life, if you don't help anyone in need, then you never lived.
