Before he started his study at the art academy in 1990 Thomas I Voûte was making handmade flyer designs. Without computer he used paper, ink and adhesive letters. He did not completely finished art school. In 1995 a job offer came on his path; to work for the very first commercial internet service provider in the Netherlands. There he learned the skills of design in the digital domain. After a journey in cyberspace, of which he mostly went autodidact, he realized the deep feeling for artistic expression was always there, and never went away. It was only a matter of time that the urge to grab a brush and paint took over the world of pixels and streams of data.

Art as an exploration of forms, colors and the relationship of the elements. With the use of various media such as: acrylic paint, pencil, ink and multimedia.
