I was admitted to the E.R. Burrowes School of Art in 2001, as the youngest student due to the excellent portfolio I was able to present to the interviewing panel, since the age for admission to Burrowes was eighteen years at that time.
I graduated from the Burrowes School of Art in 2004, majoring in Painting, and minoring in textiles. I obtained the Prize that graduating year for Best Student in Painting and also was awarded Best Graduating Student.
After Graduation, I entered the teaching field at President's College in the Visual Arts department from 2004 to 2006. I also taught Drawing for the Modular Programme at Burrowes in 2006.
From 2002 to the present, I have participated in several Drawing and Watercolour Competitions held by Castellani House, winning several awards. In 2002, I won the only prize in the 16—18 years category with my piece, ‘Active‘(pencil crayon vi] paper). In 2004, at the Fifth Biennial National Drawing competition, he won the Silver Medal for his piece, ‘Holly‘ (pencil crayon on paper) in 2005, at the 4th Castellani House National Watercolour Competition, I won the Gold Medal for my piece, 'In the Midst of Life‘.
