Tristan Ormfelt is Finland-based sculptor and printmaker.

O is an ongoing serie of intuitive, organic, ornamental and multicoloured works: sculpture (bronze, wood, mosaics, mixed media), paintings, drawings and printed editions (drypoint, serigraphy, lithography). The philosophy of O is permaculture, the self-sustainable planetary homesteading. The Quest of O is to inspire and ignite the return of Golden Age on planet Earth.

Fom his early years, Ormfelt has been interested about drawing and interaction of colours and organic forms. Ormfelt lived his youth in Katajanokka, an Art Nouveau district in Helsinki. He studied graphic design at Aalto University, Helsinki, and graduated as a fashion designer and later as a photographer. He studied also sculpture at Finnish Art Academy. In his student years, Ormfelt won international prizes like ‘Smirnoff International Fashion Awards 1993' in Sao Paulo, Brazil, juried by John Galliano, and national prizes like 'Finnish Literature Society SKS Public Artwork Competition' 2001 in Helsinki.

Ormfelt's works can be found in collections like Museum of Engraving, Castello dei Paleologi in Acqui Terme, Italy and Poikilo Art Museum in Finland. Currently, he lives and works in Finland.
