Valerio Porta

I was born in 1963 in Rome, Italy where I still live.

My working life has been connected to the art world for more than 20 years, during which I have been been involved in the realisation of exhibitions for the most relevant museums in Rome.

In 2007 I started using my first reflex camera.

My predominantly abstract photographs are based on architectural and geometric details and are characterised by a scrupulous attention to composition, shapes and colours.
