In Liedekerke, Christoph Van Daele opened its own website with his paintings. Christoph was born in October 1969 and has actually never seen the inside of an art school.

Born in Aalst and further raised in lede (flanders). He followed his training in industrial electronics in Aalst. He worked almost 25 years as a manager in a big retailshop. This efficient retailer also has a very artistic soul.

A self-taught still, for he never took any art school. "When I was seventeen or eighteen, I would like to register in artschool, but all seats were already booked". "Afterwards I started my career. I also didn't wanted me to bind to academic knowledge. Dynamism and sense of art is still something that obviously you are born with. "

"I did everything myself, discovered throughout the years, from classical to modern. I'm a fan of Monnet and many other great artists. "Monnet is an autodidact and I consider him as my teacher."
"My inspiration for my abstract work I get mostly from the work of Jackson Pollock, Barnett Newman and Mark Rothco ... all top artists which let the color tell it's story..."
