Giovanni Vecchiato

I was born in 1970, I have a Degree in Philosophy and a Master's degree from the London School of Economics. I was an Assistant Professor at the IULM University in Milan.

For me Photography began as a passion and this has now developed into his profession. In 2016, in London, I began portrait photography focusing on actors and celebrities. In 2019 my photographic career evolved to include aerial photography which has been showcased in an exhibition at the Italian Consulate in London, entitled "Views My Eyes". I also exhibited at the Wizard Gallery in London and several of these images were nominated and published by National Geographic. Recently my studio technique and portraiture have evolved to include documentary style photography. Using this technique, I enjoy photographing families and children and I beautifully captures the spontaneity and enthusiasm of their youthfulness. And it is within these portraits my passion and enthusiasm for photography is reflected. In the splendid setting of the "Loggia dei Cavalier" in July 2020 and 2021, I was the photographer for the initiative promoted by the Municipality of Treviso: #NOISIAMOTREVISO.
