VÃctor Hugo was born in 1985 on a small city (Mante City) in North of Mexico. In 2000 moved to Monterrey to studied a carrier in ingeneerings. Between his carrier became the oportunity to live in Germany. In 2008 was when he discovered the magic of phtography. After this time in Germany was fascinated with the power of a camera.
