Art is the one constant thread woven throughout my life. I've redefined myself many times but it alone endures. Even after denying it and turning my back on it, it eventually brought me back home. I've finally conceded that I live to create. I have a traditional fine art background but I love to experiment and push the boundaries of my work. I love painting pop culture figures and subject matter, as well as scenes from nature because they are universally loved. After moving to such a multi-cultural city like Dubai where English is frequently a second language, I love connecting to people from all different countries and backgrounds through art.

I received Special Recognition awards for 3rd Annual Botanicals and for All Women from Light Space Time Art Online. I was shortlisted for judging at the Mount Dora Fine Art Festival in Florida.

I'm grateful to my collectors and encouragers. My art is held in private collections in the UAE, Luxembourg, Germany, New Zealand, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the USA.

I was in a specialized high school for the arts and briefly attended Syracuse University for Visual Arts before having to bail financially, Wanting to finish a kinetic sculpture project (a full length body mask), I attended a technical school for electronics. It was the gateway drug to completing an Associates of Science in Electrical Engineering. After being recruited by IBM and moving to NY, I finished a Bachelor's of Arts in Computer Science. I've had a few art workshops and mainly self study.
